Exceptions to this include the forwarding of event registrations to those persons and institutions involved in the organisation of events or, in the case of funding applications and reports in connection with funded projects, to those persons and institutions involved in the selection, approval and management of the funding. The latter also applies if you apply for funding from several university-internal funding bodies for one and the same project.
