Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz is committed to making the websites of its domain \u201cuni-mainz.de\u201d as accessible to all users as possible. The legal basis for this is the State Law on Equality, Inclusion and Participation of People with Disabilities (Landesinklusionsgesetz, InklG RP<\/em>) and the Act on Equal Opportunities of Persons with Disabilities of Rhineland-Palatinate (Barrierefreie-Informationstechnik-Verordnung Rheinland-Pfalz<\/em>, BITV RP<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier adjustments to the design of the website than that planned would represent a disproportionate burden on Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz as defined in Art. 7 Para. 3 LGGBehM, thus making it currently exempt from the obligation to provide the accessibility specified in Art. 7 Para. 1 LGGBehM.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/jgu-base-heading>\n\n\n\n
