The Graduate School of Economics, Finance, and Management is a graduate school operated jointly by Goethe University Frankfurt, JGU and TU Darmstadt, which offers doctoral programmes in the fields of accounting, marketing, finance and economics as well as a quantitatively oriented master’s programme. Applications are accepted annually.
The Franco-German Doctoral College in the Humanities, Cultural and Social Sciences Mainz-Dijon (DFDK) “Configurations in Transition: Exchange, Variation, Identity” (in German) accepts doctoral candidates with an interest in Franco-German exchange twice a year.
The Gutenberg Council for Academic Careers regularly organises GCC postgraduate research groups in the humanities and social sciences.
In addition, there are various Research Training Groups funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) in the humanities and social sciences at JGU, which regularly advertise doctoral positions:
