You will find information on the respective target group in the event descriptions. As a rule, people who are not GSHS members can also register for the events. However, GSHS members will be given priority when allocating places.
No, our events are generally free of charge. Exceptions are indicated in the event description.
Our events are now administered via the new Antrago webshop of the Gutenberg Academy. You can find the links to register for events in our event calendar and in our newsletter. If you wish to book an event displayed in Antrago, click on “Shopping Cart”.
In the next step, you will be prompted to log in to Antrago. You will need to create a new account once, as your account from the previously used JGU Personnel Development system cannot be transferred.
Please allow a few days’ lead time when registering for the first time, to ensure your account is activated in time for registration. Fields marked with “*” are mandatory. Please carefully record your login details. If you wish to use your JGU account credentials, you are welcome to do so (recommended). Once you have entered all required data, click the red “Register” button at the bottom right.
You can now—just as in online shopping—access your shopping cart and formally register for an event (red button “Book definitively”; german: „verbindlich buchen“). Only then will your registration be received by us.
Once you have completed your registration for an event, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt. If you do not receive such a confirmation, your registration process was not fully completed and no booking was recorded in the system. In this case, please register again.
Approximately a few weeks before the event begins, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration, which will include the event details once again. If all places are already filled, you will be placed on a waiting list. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration in good time via Antrago.
After successful participation, we will send you a certificate of attendance by email.
